To teach students to begin to take responsibility for their own learning and personal development, every Friday students will receive a current progress report. They will have the opportunity to login to PowerSchool to check for missing work, and to ensure that scores reported match the scores in which they have received. Students are STRONGLY encouraged to keep their returned work organized in binders at home. They will also reflect on their behavior and acts of kindness to promote positive self-image and kindness inside and outside of the classroom. Students are required to go over their Weekly Exit Ticket with their parent/guardian and return the signed copy the following school day. This will help me ensure that students and parents are aware of student progress throughout the year.

We will be visiting the Library on a weekly basis every Wednesday from 1:45- 2:15. Students may check out 2 books each week to take home. All books are due two weeks following their checkout date.

World LanguageTop of Page

This year, Ridgeview students will participate in a great enrichment program. All students will learn Spanish twice a week for 30 minutes each session. Our class time will be on Mondays from 9:45-10:15 and Wednesdays from 3:00-3:30.

PE ScheduleTop of Page

Our PE schedule is as follows: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30-2:15. Please make sure your child comes to school these days wearing clothes and shoes in which they can comfortably participate in physical activity.

Most of the information, documents, and attachments for assignments will be accessible via Google Classroom. Occasionally, however, documents will be posted here. Items such as permission slips and parent informational handouts will be posted on this page whenever possible.
